Today, I want to take you behind the scenes of my coaching practice and introduce you to my proprietary APS Method.

The APS Method emerged out of coaching and training hundreds of new and mid-level leaders who were smart and who had their hearts in the right place but still struggled to lead well.

The reason why so many new managers fail (studies say it’s up 60%), is not only because many are simply thrown into the cold water with a “sink or swim” approach (which is crazy in my view!), but also because so many leadership development initiatives completely miss the mark.
