This is a 6-month program. Each week, you will receive access to a new 4xOS training module, and every other week we will meet for group call. In addition, I’m available for ad-hoc support as and when you need it.

If you’re unsure, we suggest that you go ahead and schedule a call with me. I will be able to answer any questions you might have.

Who is this not for?

This program is not for people looking to find a new job in a leadership role or have no experience managing a team. If you’re a new manager, check out our New Manager Training called Leadership Accelerator instead.

No problem. All calls will be recorded and made available to you within a few hours after the live calls so that you can watch them whenever you have the time.

If you have questions, you can submit them in advance, and I’ll make sure to address them during the live coaching call, so you can get the answer when you watch the recording. You can also reach out directly and ask for ad-hoc support on urgent topics.

You will need to invest about 1 hour each week to watch the training videos and complete associated tasks and to participate in the bi-weekly group coaching calls. 

I know you’re busy and might wonder how you could possibly add more to your workload than you already have. But if that’s the case, then you cannot afford to not invest in leadership development that helps you build a better system and approach to manage the every increasing demands and responsibilities.  

Yes, absolutely. About half of the participant receive partial or full reimbursement. Check with your manager and your human resources team to determine your professional development budget as well as any leadership development, training, or tuition reimbursement budgets that might be available for you. 

We do not offer a refund. However, if within the first 14 days you are unexpectedly unable to continue the program, we allow you to transfer the seat to someone else or pause your participation until you’re ready to engage again.
