My first few years as a manager were a struggle…

I considered myself a high-performer and was often referred to as the “go-to person.” So, when I was asked to lead my former peers and build a new team, I thought “I got this”…

I struggled, I was stressed out, and felt frustrated with myself and my team more often than not…

Until one day, a friend recommended that I start working with a leadership coach. That’s when things started to turn around for me.

By investing heavily in my own professional development, I climbed the ranks to become a VP in a global private equity firm within a few years.

This is a 12-week program. Each week, you will receive access to a new training module, and we will meet for a coaching call on a select day and time. In addition, you’ll get assignments to complete during the week, and I’m available for ad-hoc support as and when you need it.

To start the program, you’ll be asked to complete an assessment, and we’ll schedule a 1-on-1 call to debrief the results and discuss specific challenges and goals for your personal situation.

Towards the end of the program, we will have one additional 1-on-1 call to plan out your future development goals and next steps.

If you’re unsure, we suggest that you go ahead and schedule a call with me. I will be able to answer any questions you might have.

Who is this not for?

This program is not for people looking to find a new job in a leadership role. This program is designed specifically for new managers who have recently been promoted or are a few years into their job and who want to now learn and apply the critical leadership skills no one has taught them before.

No problem. All calls will be recorded and made available to you within a few hours after the live calls so that you can watch them whenever you have the time.

If you have questions, you can submit them in advance, and I’ll make sure to address them during the live coaching call, so you can get the answer when you watch the recording. You can also reach out directly and ask for ad-hoc support on urgent topics.

You will need to invest about 2 hours each week to watch the training videos, participate in the coaching calls, and follow through on your action plan for that week.

I know you’re busy and wonder how you could possibly add more to your workload than you already have. However, one of the first trainings will be about productivity so you can find ways to gain back at least 5 hours of your time. Plus, what you’ll learn in this training will save you a significant amount of time in managing your team and dealing with issues that you’ll be able to prevent.
