When we think something over and over again, our thoughts quickly become patterns and those patterns then turn into beliefs.

Now beliefs can either be positive beliefs (things that will actually help us and support us and make us feel more confident and be more effective), or they can be negative beliefs that can make us doubt ourselves, be less effective, and fail to create the results that we really want. The problem is that they’re not that easy to uncover.

In this episode, I’m sharing the 6 most common thinking patterns that many of us have running around in our minds, whether consciously or unconsciously.
