I will open up my calendar for a few qualified applicants to personally work with. During this time together, we will map out a step-by-step roadmap for your leadership development and career growth so that you have complete clarity on what to focus on when.
(The keyword here is “focus”. The biggest danger zone happens when you try to be a better leader without a clear and focused plan on how to get there.)
Back to the plan, I’ll map out for you.
There’s no charge for this, and it will only take us about 45 minutes to map out the plan.
Why so rapid?
Because developing roadmaps for growth is my strong suit.
Over my years of coaching new managers and experienced leaders to new levels of leadership, promotions, and career success, I’ve gotten laser-focused on how to identify the power moves (which I call the ‘Dominos’) that will get you the biggest results the fastest.
At the end of this initial planning session, one of two things will happen:
1. You’ll LOVE the plan and decide to go and work on it by yourself. At which point I’ll wish you the best of luck and make you promise to keep me updated on your progress.
2. You’ll LOVE the plan and become my client so that we can help you develop the skills you’ll need to achieve your goals and change the habits and behaviors that are no longer serving you (or may even be holding you back in your career progression).
Think about it.
The worst that can happen is that we spend an hour brainstorming about how to make your career grow faster and become a better leader.
The best thing that could happen is that you get a GREAT career plan and high-level mentoring around how to become a boss people love to work for…whether we help you make this happen or not.
Here’s how this works.
First, select a time slot that suits your schedule via the calendar below. You’ll then be redirected to a form with a few short questions for you to answer so that I can better prepare for our call.
Next, we will jump on the phone for our call. During our time together, we will review the details you’ve provided to me in advance. I’ll also ask you to share with me your current professional challenges and goals and the vision for your future career.
With this information, we’ll map out a tailored career plan so that you become a more inspiring and effective leader over the next 6 months.
There are a few different ways we might do this for you.
For example, I might show you how to have greater influence so that you can better motivate and engage your team members and work more effectively with your boss.
Or we may see that you’re too caught up in the weeds and that we need to map out how you can shift gears to have enough time for the more important (and more visible!) strategic work you’re supposed to do.
And, as I’ve mentioned, there’s no charge for this.
So why am I doing it?
First, because I truly enjoy strategic planning sessions with smart, nice high-achievers. It’s literally one of the activities that I love most inside my business.
And the second reason is that (in all transparency) it’s one of the best ways for us to attract amazing clients.

The fee to work with me us not cheap. It’s an investment in you that will serve you for the rest of your career. People pay us over and over again because they see how it’s changing not only the trajectory of their career through promotions and new opportunities, but also what an impact it has on their day-to-day lives – such as increased confidence, less overwhelm, higher productivity, better relationships, and much more.
The ROI is undeniably positive.
And listen. If you don’t want to become a paying client, no worries. A high-pressure sales pitch is NOT on-brand for us.

We’re extremely selective about who we work with, and I have specific criteria that you need to meet in order for us to proceed.

4. You are an action-taker and you’re willing to test the suggestions we’ll make (otherwise, we’re both wasting our breath!).
